This is a twelve week course designed to get your DPC practice up and running. Each week there will be a 20-30 minute video from the instructors that you can watch on your own. At the end of each session you will get a "to do" list to make sure you stay on track without getting too overwhelmed. In addition, at the beginning of the course and then again once each month there will be a live meeting with one or both of your coaches, so you can ask questions and troubleshoot problems. Throughout the course (and after the course) there will be a private Facebook group community, which your coaches will monitor and comment, so we can all work together to guarantee everyone's success. Assessing your market and building your value proposition. 4. Financial fitness: Assessing your own financial situation, Financial forecasting, and Creating a business plan. 5. Starting big and bold vs. starting lean: How to fund your startup-Loans, locums, other revenue streams. 6. Choosing your location, mobile, or virtual options. 7. The back end: EMR, payment processing, telecommunications, and more 8. Marketing your practice: websites, networking, advertising, etc. 9. You’re the Boss: Hiring and managing a team 10. Business Operations - operations manual, training videos, computers, tablets, phone calls, internet security, supplies and other stuff. 11. Insurance, Malpractice, Vaccines, and other necessary evils. 12. Bonus: Beyond Your DPC: Designing to scale, scaling your practice & other non-DPC endeavors
